Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven… [Matthew 6:10]

encounter: After reading Matthew 6:9-13, reflect on the following questions with others or on your own (You are always welcome to post your reflections here):

  • As a child, what did you look forward to experiencing when you got to heaven?
  • Super heroes are often portrayed as “putting things right.” If you were a super hero, beyond describing your powers, what injustices would you seek to correct in the world?
  • In praying the Lord’s prayer, have you sensed what on earth is GOD’s will? Explain.
  • As a GODfollower, where can you bring a “bit of heaven” to earth? Into what circumstance? What relationship? How will you fulfill GOD’s will today?
