Have you had those days where when it rains, it pours (or even hails)? You know the ones. The days where if anything could go wrong, EVERYTHING does! The days that leave you feeling somewhat exhausted, spiritually battered and tossed around like a tiny canoe in the roaring ocean, wondering how you’ll ever stay a float with all the ‘leaks’ you’ve suffered.
If you’ve had those days then praise the Lord! Here’s why:
It provides you an opportunity to call out and draw closer to Him; to truly experience Him; to encounter new and deeper dimensions of Him; to receive the fresh awakening of His power and love.
Many times the enduring Christian can feel totally exhausted and spiritually empty because they’re just going through the motions. Perhaps even meaningless rituals. Do you long for something more? If you are tired of just being in church but not in Christ and desire an intimate and personal relationship with God, be encouraged…to go deeper with Him.
