IMPACT Atlanta 2010: Information & Publicity Resource Library

IMPACT Atlanta 2010 [iATL 2010] is fast approaching, and we are needing your help to spread the word!

Held concurrent with the 2010 General Conference Session of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, iATL 2010 will be a power packed leadership and discipleship experience.  Adventist collegians through young professionals age 35 from around the world are invited to apply for one of the 250 available positions to sharpen their leadership and compassion skills through training and community service.

As ministry leaders and church members, it is our responsibility to further the cause of Christ by preparing the next generation for the championing of the Gospel.  iATL 2010 will be the premier leadership and discipleship training venue this year for a select ‘Gideon’s band’ of young adult leaders.  Who will you send?

To help aid the process of sponsoring and encouraging your young adult peers to apply for one of the 250 limited positions, we have compiled here a comprehensive library of information and publicity resources for download. As well, we have a brand new website up and running: IMPACTatlanta.info

Thank you for your help in spreading the word.  We look forward to seeing you this summer at iATL 2010!

  1. I am happy to advertise and get students to sign up. My interest really is in being a volunteer. We have many gifted people on our staff that are willing and able to help with IMPACT Atlanta. Artists, musicians, teachers, and willing student leadership. If you are in need of volunteers please let me know how we can help you.

Beyond your collegiate age students, there is ample opportunity for your gifted young adults to participate. In essence all of us will be volunteers, providing community service to various social welfare initiatives in the city.

Held concurrent with the 2010 General Conference Session of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, IMPACT Atlanta is a young adult leadership and discipleship experience where collegians and young professionals will actively engage the great commission and great commandment in training, ministering, and worship. Registration, housing and meal accommodation rates are exclusively available to 18 to 35-year-old Adventists who apply, register, and are accepted as official IMPACT Atlanta delegates. Hello Henry,

All the information on IMPACT Atlanta can be found at http://www.impactatlanta.info, as well as a registration button to click to receive further specifics about registering.

As to your question about “sponsored” places, if you are asking if the 250 spots are funded, they are not. It is incumbent upon each delegate to raise or solicit support of their participation. However we have been finding several ministries/organizations/leaders who have stepped up to sponsor a delegate when asked.

Should you wish for more specific information, feel free to contact me by email amartin@GODencounters.org and thanks again for your interest.
